  Yiwu Headquarters Economic Region Project of Yiwu Economic Development Zone is located in Yiwu Economic Development Zone of Zhejiang Province, with headquarters of manufacturing, scientific research and information industry as core functions. It covers 240 mu of land use and 1.5 million square meters of total building area. It intends to construct 30 headquarters buildings. For the first phase, plot A and B will be initiated for construction of 16 headquarters buildings.

  Yiwu Economic Development Zone of Zhejiang Province was founded in August, 1992 and put into initial development. Located in the southwest of the city proper, it was approved as a province-level development zone by the provincial people’s government in August, 1994 and has developed 10.6 square kilometers of area. Endowed with complete supporting facilities, convenient transportation and obvious advantage in location, the zone has introduced 399 industrial enterprises and cultivated some advantageous industries such as textile, garment, ribbon, zipper, art ornament, printing and packaging etc. In 2010, it realized 18 billion yuan of gross industrial output value and 720 million yuan of fiscal revenue. In July 2009, the integration and upgrading scheme of Yiwu Economic Development Zone was approved by the provincial government with planned integration area at 83.92 square kilometers and newly-added planned area at 52.54 square kilometers. The new round of development and construction has been launched.

  Yiwu Industrial Park of Zhejiang Province is situated in the northeast of Yiwu City. It 2 kilometers from International Commerce City, only 1 kilometers from the interchange of Hang-Jin-Qu Expressway, 3.5 kilometers from the interchange of Jin-Yong Expressway and 1 kilometers from Yiwu Civil Flight Airport.
